2. How to Request a Refund

Simply send an email to support@chatverdict.pro with:

• The email address used during checkout.
• Your Report ID or Stripe checkout receipt number.
• A brief note about what did not meet your expectations.

3. Processing Timeline

Refunds are approved and dispatched via Stripe within 24 business hours. Funds typically credit back to your original payment card within 3-5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
